When you have a pretty face and nurtured skin you don’t even need make-up. However, stress and increased excretion of fat can destroy our skin.
It’s true, a long-term solution doesn’t hide in all those crèmes and products you use. Your skin needs natural balance and detoxification from the inside, which is where tea therapy can help you. What’s the best is that you can also use them on your face as well.
You can find red clover flowers in many detoxification tea mixes. It cleanses the body and maintains balance. It cleanses blood as well. It has a sweet and soft taste. Combine it with a mint and teaspoon of honey. However, skip this tea altogether if you are pregnant or take anticoagulant meds.
Out of many herbal roots which are good for clean skin, special places take ginger, dandelion, and bur. Tea made of bur roots is excellent against acne. It will take longer to see results, but it’s worth trying. Try to drink this tea several times a week for a few months. Tea made of dandelion roots is, some would claim, an excellent substitute for coffee – just ad a little bit of honey and coconut milk and you will get a tasty beverage that acts as a detoxification agent.
For your skin, it’s best to combine dandelion and bur roots. Mix a teaspoon of each of them and pour a cup of boiling water over. Leave the mix covered for 10 minutes, filter, then drink. As far as ginger is considered, it’s excellent for digestion improvement and as a body cleanser. Oats straws and green tea
Tea made of oats straws is regarded as one of the best for beautiful skin, as it contains vitamins A, B, and C and it’s excellent for soothing and reducing stress. It is recommended to persons over the age of 30 who suffer from acne. Your skin will be smoother and it will appear to be younger. Drink this tea before going to bed.
In addition to oats straws, green tea can’t be skipped. Pick your favorite one or use matcha powder.
Chamomile and pomegranate
Teas that most of us have in our households have such a good effect on our skin. You can drink chamomile tea every day and in addition to that, you can apply it directly to your skin because it acts as a tonic – soothing, anti-inflammatory, soothing infections and reduces swelling of the eyes.
If you want to use it on your face with it, make it strong and, if you wish, add rosemary and lavender. Let it cool, then apply to the face by using cotton balls.
Pomegranate is rich in vitamin C, which is of essential value to immunity, but also to healthy skin.
